The guidelines for the introduction of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) of the dams covered by Law no. 23,291/2019, which establishes the State Dam Safety Policy (PESB), are regulated by Joint Resolution Semad/Feam/IEF/Igam No. 3,181/2022. The normative act also establishes procedures regarding fauna, flora, soil quality, and water resources, according to each structure’s emergency level. See below our businesses’ EAPs:
